I recently had a meeting with a prospective client. He was accompanied by another gentlemen whom he introduced as “the Facilitator”. “The facilitator?” I replied as we shook hands, what does a facilitator do?” The business owner chuckled and said “he’s my go-to guy when things get stuck, he facilitates a quicker outcome. He knows every part of my operation, so I wanted him here to see what Eyeson is about.
Through our conversation I learned that indeed, he was involved in every part of the business. From handling chronically late employees, customer complaints to delays in receiving inventory. Whatever issue wasn’t having forward progress, he would get involved and get the issue unstuck and moving.
